Nice concept, but...

We purchased three of these fold-up games for a church carnival. The golf game is fun but can't possibly be used in the manner that is listed.

The description says that it is an outdoor game. Unless you place this game on a golf green, there is no way that you can hit the included light-weight golf balls through grass and up the ramp to the golf holes. This is definitely an indoor golf game.

The golf club heads and shaft must be screwed together but since they are both lightweight plastic, they tend to come unscrewed and constantly require tightening. The clubs are extremely short, for a 3 yr old perhaps. I recommend using this with real golf clubs, which are required to generate enough speed on the balls to make it across the floor, up a steep ramp, and into the holes.

I found the back elevated hole just about impossible to reach. Its slightly elevated above the faux green surface, meaning that only way to reach it is to blast it up the ramp. That can't be by a child or adults with the cheap plastic clubs. If you miss, the ball comes right back at you at relatively high speeds, thanks to the steep ramp.

Bottom line is that it can be a frustrating game as shipped but made much better by changing out the clubs, if you have them.

Lastly, through the miracle of factory packaging, the game is shipped in a small bag and springs to life when unpacked. However, it is very difficult to place the game back into the bag without knowing exactly how to twist and turn it without damaging the rigid wire frame.
