If the state to which the merchandise is being shipped is either CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, MO, NC, NJ, PA, SD, and TX we are required to collect sales tax as we have facilities in those states or is required by state law.
If you are a Sales Tax Exempt Institution, we can process the order without the sales tax providing your first order is sent to us by Fax or Mail along with a copy of your Tax Exemption Certificate sent at that time.
We are required to have these certificates on file, Subsequent orders should mention that your certificate is on file with us. Our Fax number is 1-816-761-9295. Our mailing address is 13201 Arrington Rd, Grandview, MO 64030.
Subsequent orders placed on-line will still reflect the sales tax when processed by our website. When we process the order into our main database the tax will be removed if your account has been set up as tax exempt. We also recommend that you contact our customer service department either by sending an email to custservice@ustoyco.com or calling toll free at 1-800-448-1412 Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm Central Standard Time. Be sure to include your confirmation number and tax exempt number when making contact.
