What if I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your password you can have it sent to your registered email address by clicking HERE and filling in your email address. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes you can send an email to custservice@ustoy.com between 8am and 5pm CST Monday through Friday with the subject “US Toy Password Recovery” and we will manually reset your password and send it back to you.
 
What if I want to change my billing address?
In the event you need to change your billing address you will need to login to our website. Once logged in you will need to click on My Account. Once on your account information page you can change anything except your name. If you have problems changing your billing address information please call our customer service department toll free at 1-800-832-0224 between 8am and 5pm CST Monday through Friday or email custservice@ustoy.com with the subject “US Toy Billing Address Change” and we will update your information.
 
Where do I enter the coupon/promotion code?
Coupon /Promotion codes can be entered in the cart at checkout.
Why can’t I find some items that are in the catalog?
We continually update our items to ensure that you always get the highest quality products when shopping at US Toy. Due to our frequently changing product line, the website occasionally has products that the catalogs do not. On rare occasions, you may not be able to find an item that is in a past or current catalog. This may be because that particular product is sold out or discontinued.
 
What does US Toy Sell?
U.S. Toy sells an incredible selection of novelty items ranging from classic toys to party favors and decorations to carnival supplies. U.S. Toy can make any themed party a huge success!
 
What if I have spam filtering setup for my email?
If you have an email spam filtering service you will need to add the domain “@ustoy.com” to the “Safe List” in your junk mail folder. This change will allow you to receive emails relating to order confirmations, shipping notifications, or promotions and events (if you have opted to receive them).

How can I get more information on an item?
If you have a question about a specific item(s), please email us at ustoy@ustoy.com with the subject line “Request Additional Item Information” and we will send you more information as soon as possible.
 
What does backordered mean?
On backorder means we are currently out of stock on this item but expect to be re-stocked at some point in the future. You may order backorder items and they will be shipped to you as soon as we have them in stock again.
 
Shopping Cart/ Checkout Issues
If you are unable to add items to your shopping cart or if you get an error message when you try to checkout there may be an issue with your cookies. If you are experiencing these errors please clear your cookies and cache. If problems continue, please email us at custservice@ustoyco.com with the subject “Checkout Error” and a description of the error you are experiencing. We will get back with you as soon as possible.
 
Do you collect sales tax in all states?
We collect sales tax in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virgina, and Wyoming.
 If you are tax exempt and are in any of these states, you must have a copy of the tax exemption faxed or mailed with your first order.
 
Can I place an order as a tax-exempt organization?
 Churches, Schools and Non-profit organizations can file for tax exempt status by completing a 501c3 form and providing it to us via mail or fax. Individuals who pay with a personal credit card for the benefit of churches, schools or NPO’s are not eligible for tax exemption.
 
Order Handling Fee
Any order under $35.00 will incur a $4.99 handling charge. The charge will automatically apply at checkout if your order total does not meet this threshold. Everyday Free Shipping will still be effective on all orders.
 
Unavailable State Shipping
In some cases, certain types of products cannot be shipped to specific states because of state regulations. US Toy Company has no control over these regulations and therefore cannot modify or bypass the rules set within these regulations preventing the shipment of specific items to these particular states.
 
How do I change or cancel my order?
At US Toy, we do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed, it may not be possible to change or cancel your order.
